AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) - Victims of crime and concerned citizens alike will soon have a modernized automated notification system at their disposal. The Texas Constitution provides victims of crime with the right to receive notice as to court proceedings and the conviction, sentence, imprisonment, and release of the accused.
